How to request a correction

• Send the request through the contact page, naming the exact page URL and the exact sentence or data field in question.
• Include the evidence that supports the correction and its source type — official record, client-official page, independent source, public observation or company-supplied record.

How requests are handled

• The disputed observation is re-checked against the original source and the current live state of the property.
• If the observation was wrong, the page is corrected and the change is recorded below with its date.
• If the observation was accurate but has since changed, the record is updated with a new observation date rather than being deleted.
• A correction request is never resolved by removing a competitor, adding an organisation or changing a band in exchange for anything of value.
