Corrections
Any organisation can dispute an observation. This page documents how a correction is requested, how it is handled and how published corrections are recorded.
How to request a correction
- Send the request through the contact page, naming the exact page URL and the exact sentence or data field in question.
- Include the evidence that supports the correction and its source type — official record, client-official page, independent source, public observation or company-supplied record.
How requests are handled
- The disputed observation is re-checked against the original source and the current live state of the property.
- If the observation was wrong, the page is corrected and the change is recorded below with its date.
- If the observation was accurate but has since changed, the record is updated with a new observation date rather than being deleted.
- A correction request is never resolved by removing a competitor, adding an organisation or changing a band in exchange for anything of value.
