Ownership is distributed
Brand, IT, legal and communications each hold part of the estate. Nobody sees the full picture without a shared frame.
About
Enterprise Web Index Turkey studies how large organisations design, operate, maintain and expose their web properties — and publishes the method behind every observation.
Kurumsal Web Deneyimi Endeksi; Türkiye'deki kurumsal web varlıklarını şeffaf bir metodolojiyle inceleyen bağımsız bir araştırma girişimidir.
Definition
It is a benchmarking and publication programme. We assess corporate websites across nine weighted dimensions — design and brand experience, UX and content clarity, performance, accessibility, privacy experience, technical SEO and AI discoverability, maintenance efficiency, digital operations cost and multi-site governance — using signals that are publicly observable and reproducible.
The output is sector reports, reference guides and preliminary assessments. The goal is not to rank companies against each other, but to give the teams responsible for these estates a shared, documented vocabulary for discussing quality, exposure and cost.
Standards
Rationale
Brand, IT, legal and communications each hold part of the estate. Nobody sees the full picture without a shared frame.
The parts of a website that fail visitors most often — structure, consent clarity, machine readability — are invisible in a design review.
Duplicated templates, vendor tickets and inconsistent standards become the largest line item long after launch.
Disclosure
The technical assessment framework has been developed with methodology contribution from Madebycat's enterprise web experience practice. This contribution covers the definition of measurable signals and scoring logic. It does not influence which organisations are reviewed, how they are described, or the findings that are published. Any contributor's own client work is excluded from published comparisons.

Corrections
If an observation about your property is inaccurate or out of date, request a correction. Include the URL, the observation in question and any context we should re-check. Re-verification is performed against live public signals, and corrected items are noted in the report's revision history.
